Families welcome to our Beach House- 1 block to the beach!

Families welcome! This home is perfect for families with young children on a beautiful and quiet block in Ventnor! We are only 1 block to the beach!
This is a 2 story home with an open floor plan. The first floor includes a living room, dining room, washer/dryer and a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, and energy efficient appliances including 5 burner gas range and a 21 bottle wine refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to prepare meals including a crock pot and a lobster pot! The first floor also includes a den with access to the back deck, full bath, and french doors for privacy from the main living space.
The second floor has two full baths, three bedrooms which include 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and pack-n-play. The large primary suite has a sitting area, one of the bathrooms and access to an outdoor deck.

Dual zone central air conditioning system. All rooms have ceiling fans. There are beach badges, chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Summer rental period has a 7 night minimum with a Saturday to Saturday stay. Renters must be at least 25 years old. LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED

Easy house, great location
Our vacation with kids and grandparents was a big success, thanks to a great house in a perfect location. Lorena was super responsive and very accommodating. Digital temperature control (Echobee) made sleeping comfortable on hot nights. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook family dinners. Beach cart, toys and chairs made getting back and forth from the beach easy. Location in the heart of Ventnor near AAAA Bikes, Sacko’s and Wawa was perfect. One thing to note is the separate two-bedroom apartment is not really a part of the house. We actually didn’t use it so can’t speak to it. All in all, highly recommend and will be back!
