Close to the beach
House was very roomy, and worked well for our family. The beach at 38th street is huge with volleyball courts and plenty of room spread out. Master suite on the 3rd floor is nice. We had a great week.

We are repeat customers to this property because we like the the location, the house, and the owner. We had another great week at our favorite beach location in New Jersey

Clean house and close to the beach
The house is three stories and offers a view of the water from the top deck. Beach is close by, within walking distance. The kitchen had all of the amenities of home and the appliances were new. Washer dryer was on the second floor, which was convenient to the bedrooms. It was great having bathrooms adjacent to every bedroom and a half bath on the first floor. Neighbors were friendly.

Clean, roomy, close to AC, short walk to beach
Loved this house and location! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and roomy! Great location. Only takes minutes to walk to the beach! The beach is one of the nicest beaches I been to in NJ. Nice kitchen and love the bedrooms with the decks. Its also minutes from Atlantic City. We plan to go back!

We are a family of 3 and we love the beach, the family atmosphere, and the feel of being on your own island that you enjoy when you stay in Brigantine. We wanted to share our "Home by the sea" with you to enjoy your own vacation.

Why they chose this property

Once you experience Brigantine Island, you will fall in love with it's magnificent beach and family atmosphere. We are located on the south side of the island which is quiet and close to the beach as well as walking distance to lots of activities. Also, from our 3rd floor deck, you can sit and enjoy an ocean view as well as the Atlantic City skyline! You will enjoy our home by the sea with all comforts of home on your vacation and having your own private bathroom attached to each bedroom. We have beach umbrella's and chairs for your convenience as well some kid's sand toys in our shed.
